Nursing Negligence

I do not want to keep taking Vicotins and other drugs for the pain. It is a constant pain, all day long, on my spine. Getting tests this week. Until then, going to try my friend’s inversion chair. Any advice on how to use it properly?

I am about 30 years old, lower blood pressure.

I know I cannot get medical advice on here..willl call my nurse Monday too..
