I live in California and want a Nursing school that doesn’t require any prerequisites, all the ones online I found you have to be a nurse first then you could do online classes to get a higher degree.I don’t care if I have to attend classes in person but I don’t want to do the prerequisites because it would be 4 years at least because I work full time.

Almost all nursing colleges will require you to obtain a CNA before becoming a registered nurse, its usually state law.
Get on the waiting list at the technical school to be an LPN. It takes 15 months of trianing to be an LPN.
You only need to be a high school graduate to enter the LPN program..
Then once you have the LPN, you can go to the community college, get the general electives out of the way cheap while you are working as an LPN full time on the weekends.
Then go to the university and get the BSN. Continue to work on the weekends as an LPN. When you get the BSN, all you take are the college courses. You don’t need to do any more clinical rotations while you get the BSN, because your LPN clinical training will suffice.
So it will also take you 4 years to get the BSN, but you will be working full time on the weekends.
This is the best deal you can get. I hope you take my advice.
